Donna Ann Foulks' Obituary
Donna Ann Foulks passed away peacefully at Dover Place on January 26, 2023 at the age of 86. Donna was born in Salisbury Maryland on December 15, 1936, daughter of the late Leroy Riggin and Agnes Jones.
She traveled with her husband Bill while he was in the military. When they arrived in Dover she worked for the Delaware Department of Transportation in the Accounting Department for 30 plus years. She loved cats and going to Antique Shows.
In addition to her parents she was precede in death by her husband William Foulks and Sister in Mary Ann Foulks Culver. She is survived by Sister Patricia R. Hollis and Sister in Laws Patricia Foulks Taylor and Margaret Foulks Dunn.
Interment will be February 1, 2023 at 12:00 at Portersville Cemetery, in Stockton Maryland.
