He was born on August 04, 1926 in Dover, DE to the late Ira and Barbara Cochran Hinebaugh.
Clyde worked for the City of Dover for over 30 years in the Streets Dept. He is preceded in death by his wife Jane Hinebaugh and one grand child.
He is survived by Sons, Clyde E. Hinebaugh, Jr., Ashley I. Hinebaugh, Daughters, Barbara M. Kersey, Rebecca M. Wynn, 9, Grand children, 21, Great Grand Children, 1 Great great grand child.
Grave side services will be held Friday 01/23/2015 1 PM at the Odd Fellows Cemetery Camden, DE
