Dover, Clara Susan Hurley Brand, 71, passed way Wed. Dec. 22, 2021, at Christina Hospital. She is the daughter of the late William H. Hurley, III and Margaret Comegys Hurley. Susan was a social worker for the State of Delaware. She is survived by brother William H. Hurley, IV and his family of Magnolia, and many cousin's. A special friend Jay Wilson of Middletown.
