Charles F. Harper, 76, Dover, passed away Monday August 29, 2016 at KGH Bay Health Dover.
He was born on May 2, 1940 in Dover, DE to the late Warren and Marietta Mikell Harper.
He is survived by his Wife, Veronica Harper, Sisters, Janice Walls, Nancy Lynch, Mary Cain Margaret Stires, Carol Taylor, Brothers, Warren Harper, Leon Michael Harper, Clayton Harper.
A gathering of family and friends from 11 AM to 12 noon, will be on Saturday Sept. 3, at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover. Burial will immediately follow at Sharon Hill Memorial Park Dover.
The family request that memorial contributions be given to First State Animal Center & SPCA 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934 or any other animal shelter or rescue would be appreciated because Charles loved all animals great or small. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
