Carol Sharp, 72
Bunker Hill, WV. Carolyn Sharp of Bunker Hill WV passed away in her sleep on Sep 21, 2014 at home.
She was born on Aug 6 1942 in Weston WV to the late Addie White. Carolyn had spent many years working as an Activities Director and care giver for senior citizens. Carolyn, along with her late husband Alfred Sharp Sr, were also very involved with the foster parent program in the state of Delaware taking in many foster children over their lifetime giving them a loving and caring home to call theirs. As a breast cancer survivor she spent he later retired years with family especially her TV buddy Jasper. She loved to just get out and go for a drive.
She is survived by her many children, grand children and great grand children. Timothy Steerman, James Sharp, Michael Sharp, Al Sharp Jr., Nancy Staton, Wayne Sharp, Donna Adams and many grand children and great grandchildren that she enjoyed talking about and looking at their pictures seeing how they were growing.
Service of remembrance will be Friday Sept. 26, 2014 at 12 noon and friends and family may call from 10 AM till time of service at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover, DE
