Barbara Jane Dirkin's Obituary
Barbara J. Dirkin, 86, of Dover Delaware died Wednesday, March 6th at Bay Health Hospital. She was a longtime resident of Dover and a longtime member of “The Destiny Christian Church”. Barbara was the owner of “The Bakery” in the Blue Hen Mall in the 70’s and the owner of Bee Gee’s Pizza & Subs” on South Little Creek Rd from the mid 70’s throughout the mid 90’s. She was a resident of Brookdale Senior Living in Dover Delaware where she enjoyed her afternoons playing Bingo, watching game shows and watching political news. She is predeceased by her parents Howard and Mary Dirkin; daughter Kathy J Hahn-Frady. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy C Pearce, Son, Warren W Pearce and his wife Deborah A Pearce, her grandchildren, Craig D DeVary, Candi M Hudson, Brandy N Pollard, her Great grandchildren, Jordyn Jackson, Cole DeVary, Cooper Hudson, Harper Hudson, Rowan Pollard and great great grandson Greyson Jackson. Services will be held Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM in Traders Funeral Home located at 12 Lotus Street, Dover, Delaware 19901.
