Barbara Anne Brown's Obituary
Barbara Anne Brown joined loved ones that have gone before her on Monday, July 11, 2022. She was surrounded by her loving family. Barbara was born in Rising Sun, Delaware, March 20, 1936 to the late John A. and Elizabeth A. Boyer, better known in the downtown Dover area as Johnny the Tailor and Libby. Which she often was. She graduated from Dover High School Class of 1954. Barbara worked for the telephone company prior to marrying J. Albert Brown, Jr. in 1956. She became a full time mother and homemaker when her eldest daughter Susan L. Belanger was born in 1959. Patricia A. Brown quickly followed in 1960 with Kathy E. Fansler joining the party in 1966. Barbara and Al built their family home in the country and moved in with their 3 girls in January 1968. Baby sister Kelly S. Wilson likes to call herself the housewarming gift, arriving in October of that year. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, brother Donald E. Boyer, sister Shirley M. Moore and special cousin, Lois E. Miller. She is survived by her four daughters, Susan, Patti, Kathy, Kelly, son-in-law Dale Wilson, grandchildren Brandon Fansler (Sabrina), Savannah Wilson, Ethan Fansler, Kyle Fansler, Becca Belanger, Elizabeth Belanger, Madison Brown and Lauren Fansler.
