Annie B Messick's Obituary
Annie B. Messick, 90, Dover, passed away Monday March 25, 2013 at Emeritus Green Meadows Assisted Living Dover where she was a resident.
She was born on December 10, 1922 in Viola, DE to the late James and Elsie Price.
Mrs. Messick retired in 1972 from Dover Air Force Base, where she was a supervisor in the Commissary Office. She completed more then 21 years as a civilian employee. Mrs. Messick was a long time member of First Baptist Church in Dover. She was a member of the Ladies of the Elks 1903 Dover, having served as President on two different occasions. She was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, and Modern Maturity center in Dover. She is preceded in death by her husband J. Grason Messick, and her brother, Edward J. Price..
She is survived by Sister in Law, Betty Price of Camden, DE. Nephew, Howard L. Price of Camden, DE. Nephew, Jay G. Price of felton, DE. and several great grand Nieces & Nephews.
Services will be held Monday 04/01/2013 7:30 PM at Trader Funeral Home in Dover, DE Burial will be privet at the Barratts Chapel Cemetery.
