Annie D Higgins' Obituary
Ann Higgins, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2018 at the age of 88. Ann, the youngest daughter of the late Walter and Pearl Mozingo, lived a full and happy life. Ann grew up in North Carolina with her six siblings. She went on to serve in the United States Air Force where she met her late husband, Fred. They settled down in Dover, Delaware and made it their home to raise their six children. Ann was a kind and giving soul and loved spending time with her family.
Ann is survived by her brother Charles; her children Jerry, Gene, Dave, Joe, Debbie and Phil; her grandchildren April, Kyle, Brian, Steven, Matthew and Makenna; and her great-grandchildren Sabrina, Morgan and Lucian.
Services will be held at the Trader Funeral Home (12 Lotus Street, Dover, Delaware) on January 4, 2019 at 11 AM. Family and Friends may call Thursday Jan. 3, 2019 at the funeral home from 5 to 7 PM. Burial will be at Sharon Hill Memorial park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Disabled American Veterans (https://cst.dav.org). Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
