William L. Kehrly, 83, Dover, passed away Sunday June 4, 2017 at his home with family. He was born on December 01, 1933 in Williamsport, PA to the late William and Mabel Johnson Kehrly. He was a supervisor with Bell Atlantic retired in 1986 after 28 years of service. He is survived by his Wife of 60 years, Ruth Kehrly, Sons, Brian Kehrly of Haledon, NJ, Kevin (Ann) Kehrly of Lanse, PA, Robert (Janice) Kehrly of Winburne, PA 7 grandchildren, 4 great Grand children.
