Brian F. Marney, Sr., 70 of Camden-Wyoming, DE passed March 26, 2017 surrounded with love by his beloved family at the Hospice Center of Delaware in Milford. Brian was born March 9, 1947, Jersey City, New Jersey. He spent most of his younger years between Jersey City and Binghamton, New York on his Aunt & Uncle Farm. Brian was a talented carpenter and contractor who owned 4-U Contractors. He enjoyed woodworking, traveling, spending time and joking with his family and his cat Misty. He enjoyed working at Camden Lowes in his retirement where he had many friends. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Carolyn Marney, Friend and Former Wife, Marie Marney, children: Brenda Lee Wyer and husband Frank, Brian F. Marney Jr. and wife Trisha, Rachel Randazzo, Step-Daughters – Kathy Seacord and husband Tom, and Christine Kemp. Brian has 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; who loved their Pop-pop Marney very much along with many nieces and nephews and friends. His surviving siblings are: Jane Simon (Donald), Theodora (Teddy) Lango, and Lorraine Falzone. He is preceeded in death by John, Milford (Skipper), Charles, and Gloria Bush. A celebration of life service will be held at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 1564 S. State Street, Dover, DE 19901 at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017, reception to follow. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to The Hospice Center of Delaware, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963 for their help and loving care during his illness or to the Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, 544 Webbs Lane, Dover, DE 19904 in honor of his life long passion and dedication to woodworking, carpentry and helping others.
